Doctors Hospital of Manteca Receives Circle of Excellence Award
DHM Receives Highest Honor from Tenet Healthcare
Manteca, CA - Tenet Healthcare Corporation (NYSE: THC) has announced that Doctors Hospital of Manteca has been inducted into the Circle of Excellence Hall of Fame. This is the highest recognition given each year by Tenet and reflects the passionate dedication of the people of DHM to providing great patient care and services. This is the first year that the award has been bestowed to an entire facility.
Katherine Medeiros - Chief Executive Officer, Greg Berry - Chief Financial Officer, and Carmen Silva - Chief Operating/Nursing Officer will be representing the facility in accepting this award. However, Katherine is quick to point out that, "The Circle of Excellence Award recognizes the teamwork, collaboration, and cooperation that it takes to operate a successful hospital. This award would not be possible if it was not for the tremendous efforts of every employee, volunteer, and physician on our medical staff."
Facilities were nominated and reviewed by Tenet's regional and divisional leadership. Key areas of evaluation included patient satisfaction scores, meeting and exceeding goals established for key patient indicators, employee satisfaction, teamwork, consistency of performance, and proven success in meeting community needs and conquering difficult challenges. An additional factor in the decision making practice was the cohesiveness and competency of DHM's Administrative team.
