Doctors Hospital of Manteca and Emanuel Medical Center

Jeremy Lougee joined Doctors Hospital of Manteca in May of 2021 from the Billings Clinic Healthcare system out of Billings, Montana, where he served as the Compliance, Privacy Officer and Information Security Officer. In his role Jeremy spearheaded a comprehensive shift in the regulatory and governance posture for Billings Clinic, achieving industry-best compliance levels in areas like billing, coding, and privacy. Jeremy turbocharged progress across the Compliance/Information Security and Privacy Programs, including introduction of Machine Learning, on the road to 2K+ successful privacy investigations over a 6-year span.

Jeremy earned his B.S. in Liberal Studies at the University of Montana Billings and is currently working to complete his Master in Health Administration focusing on Compliance and Privacy.
