Doctors Hospital of Manteca, Emanuel Medical Center, Turlock

Preston Clark was appointed as Chief Strategy Officer of Doctors Hospital of Manteca in January 2019. He later became Chief Strategy Officer over both Doctors Hospital of Manteca and Emanuel Medical Center in February 2022.

Preston joined us from The Hospitals of Providence Memorial Campus in El Paso, Texas, where he served as the Director of Strategy. In this role, he oversaw and supported various key strategies designed to facilitate hospital growth and market synergies. In addition, Preston identified gaps in care to help develop services to better serve the area’s patients. Prior to his strategy role, he served as Director of Regional Outreach and Administrative Resident.

Preston earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation Management and Youth Leadership with a Minor in Business Management from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. He earned his Master of Science degree in Healthcare Administration from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas. Preston is also a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
