Doctors Hospital of Manteca Names Preston Clark Chief Strategy Officer

Manteca, Calif. – Doctors Hospital of Manteca has appointed Preston Clark as its new Chief Strategy Officer, effective Jan. 21, 2019.

Preston ClarkAs Chief Strategy Officer, Clark will focus on the growth and development of Doctors Hospital of Manteca’s network of services to ensure the hospital is meeting the needs of the community and providing convenient access to high-quality care close to home.

“We are thrilled to have Preston join our executive team,” said Brandon May, CEO of Doctors Hospital of Manteca. “He brings with him a fresh perspective on strategic development and new energy to enhancing and expanding our healthcare delivery for the residents of Manteca and surrounding communities.”

Preston has been with Tenet Healthcare since 2015. He comes to Doctors Hospital of Manteca from The Hospitals of Providence Memorial Campus in El Paso, Texas, where he served as the Director of Strategy. In this role, he oversaw and supported various key strategies designed to facilitate hospital growth and market synergies. In addition, Preston identified gaps in care to help develop services to better serve the area’s patients. Prior to his strategy role, he served as Director of Regional Outreach and Administrative Resident.

Preston earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation Management and Youth Leadership with a Minor in Business Management from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. He earned his Master of Science degree in Healthcare Administration from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas. Preston is also a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
