Manteca Physician Retires After Serving 50 Years

On Wednesday, March 15, 2023, we held a special reception for Dr. Karl Wolf, who is retiring after serving 50 years at Doctors Hospital of Manteca. His family, friends and colleagues were there to help us celebrate his retirement. He was also presented with certificates of recognition from Manteca Mayor Gary Singh and the Manteca Chamber of Commerce. Other speakers included our CEO Eleze Armstrong, CNO Tina Burch, Dr. Anil Sain, Dr. Howard Miller and our Director of Medical Staff Marla Terrell. Approximately 80 people were in attendance.

Dr. Wolf also spoke at the reception and reflected on his time at the hospital. He said the people of Doctors Hospital of Manteca are what made his time at the hospital a privilege.

Dr. Wolf, who is a family medicine physician, started working at Doctors Hospital of Manteca in September 1973 and has dedicated himself to our patients, hospital and community ever since. We will be forever grateful for Dr. Wolf’s incredible service, compassion and hard work for so many years.
