Family and friends play an important role in the recovery process. But it’s also important that your loved ones receive rest, as well as medical care. Before you visit a patient at Doctors Hospital of Manteca, take the time to review our Visitation Rights:

  • All of our patients have the right to receive visitors.
  • Patients also have the right to deny visitors at any time.
  • Visitors will not be restricted, limited or otherwise denied visitation privileges on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation or disability.
  • Doctors Hospital of Manteca supports the patient’s right to have a support person visit if there is not a valid clinical restriction or limitation.
  • Children are welcome if they are supervised by an adult who is not the patient. They must remain with that adult.
  • People with colds, flu or other contagious illnesses should not visit.

Certain areas of Doctors Manteca may have visitor limitations based on clinical or safety considerations.
